Dear Charles,

It’s been some years since we met at the University of British Columbia, where, adorned in a goofy Hollywood Indian headdress, you opened an exhibit at the Museum of Anthropology. Unlike my fellow Museum staffers, I didn’t stifle my laughter when you declared with a straight face that you were indigenous, being an adopted member of the Blood Indian band in Alberta.

I suppose I might have been clapped in irons at that moment for my cheeky impudence, since “alarming the monarch” is still a criminal offense in Canada, as is advocating the abolition of the British monarchy, as I do. And so, Charles, I want to let you know that the opportunity to lock me up as a seditious rebel will come again soon when I return to Old Blighty.

That’s right. I intend to lecture and demonstrate all around England, Wales, and Scotland about the genocidal crimes of the British crown and its Church of England, and, consequently, why England must become a Republic again.

Call me Oliver Cromwell, if you like. And I’ll call you Charles the First.

I claim no such stature, of course. But it is undeniable that challenging monarchs and bishops runs in our Annett family blood.

Back in 1761 in London, my free thinking ancestor Peter Annett was thrown into prison and hard labour for mocking the doctrines of the Church of England: an unpardonable offense, then or now, since, as your namesake No. 1 declared when he persecuted we unswerving Protestants, “No Bishops, No King”.

On the other hand, the only reason I’m walking around today is because “Good Queen Bess”, as our family still calls Elizabeth the First, gave sanctuary to my French Huguenot ancestors after the Vatican tried exterminating us in 1572.

Perhaps in gratitude, we Annetts have consistently fought for England over the centuries, from my great times four grandfather Captain Robert Annett, a Waterloo veteran, to my grandfather Ross who was gassed and shot at the Somme and Vimy Ridge, to my uncle Bob Annett, his son, who died in action at age 19, as a sub-lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Navy during World War Two.

And you know, Charles, it’s because of our love for England that our Annett family has also fought to realize its promise by setting aside the medieval anachronism of monarchy and creating a Republic of free, self-governing citizens on both sides of the Atlantic. My great times three grandfather Philip Annett tried doing that by leading the 1837 Rebellion in Upper Canada, and he passed on his purpose to me.

I suppose you know all this about me, or at least your subordinates do, since they saw fit to jail and then deport me from England without cause or charge in May 2011, right before I was to speak in Trafalgar Square about child trafficking by Church and State. But I had also just uncovered damning evidence in London of Crown involvement in the torture and murder of native children at the Church of England’s “Mohawk Indian residential school” in Brantford, Ontario.

Now, I know that this “little matter” of crown-sponsored genocide in Canada strikes close to home for you personally, Charles. When your mother and father abducted ten indigenous children from the Kamloops ‘residential school’ on October 10, 1964 and those kids vanished forever, the crime scene eventually led to your door.

At least, that’s according to an associate of your security advisor Major Johnny Thompson. That witness has confirmed in a legal affidavit that a kill order was issued by you against the sole living eyewitness to that abduction of the ten children: William Combes, who died from arsenic poisoning shortly before he was to come to London to testify before a human rights tribunal in February 2011.

Your namesake, ‘King Charles the First’, declared that he was above the law and accountable to no-one: an attitude that led to his overthrow and the creation of England’s first Republic. For the foundational truth that forms England’s lawful bedrock is that “Be you ever so high, you are not above the law”.

As the chief fiduciary officer of the British Crown, Charles, you are personally responsible and liable under common and international law for the general crime of genocide in Canada and the specific felony of the death of William Combes, along with other indigenous people we have described. And as a flesh and blood man, Charles, you are not beyond the reach of law and justice.

I do not seek your personal harm or demise, Charles. You are a victim, in a way, and are trapped in a system you inherited. It’s the system that is the problem and must go. But you are responsible for the choices you make as someone with the power to do otherwise. And so it is time for you to bow to the truth and admit to your complicity in these crimes. As a convicted felon, you have no other option.

Charles, now that the people of England, Scotland, Wales and northern Ireland have lawfully established the Republic of Albion, it is time for you to relinquish the crown and abide by the Act of Parliament of March 17, 1649, that abolished the British monarchy forever. You are obligated to help we the people make justice possible, since, as John Kennedy advised, “Those who make peaceful change impossible make violent revolution inevitable”.

In that regard, I extend to you an open invitation to attend one of our Republic of Albion public gatherings and debate with me the matter of why the British monarchy must be abolished and its wealth expropriated by the people as lawful reparations for centuries of crime, genocide, and fraudulent rule.

I look forward to our encounter.

Sincerely,

Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice
