Elders of ten indigenous nations have endorsed an international court’s arrest order against Pope Francis and have issued their own order barring him from entering their territories, which span all of Canada.
The elders have also pledged to aid in the arrest of the Pope because of his Catholic church’s “unpunished massacre of our people and our land, and his personal guilt in the ongoing torture, trafficking and death of our children.”Their order was issued today in an agreement signed with the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) and its Canadian field secretary Kevin Annett (Eagle Strong Voice). The elders represent the traditional sovereign nations of the Squamish, Gitxsan, Nuu-Chah-Nulth, Secwepemc, Tsilhqot’in, Metis, Cree, Anishinaabeg-Ojibwe, Mohawk-Kanien’keha:ka and Mi’kmaq peoples.
“If Jorge Bergoglio trespasses on our territories he will be arrested by the peacekeepers of our warrior societies and surrendered to the International Common Law Court of Justice in accordance with their arrest order of November 1,” said their Order.
“We endorse and ally ourselves with the court and with our brother Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice, who has for years spearheaded the fight to bring Bergoglio and his genocidal church to justice.”A copy of the elders’ Order follows.
On behalf of the ICLCJ in his capacity as its Canadian field secretary, Kevin Annett welcomed the elders’ statement and stated that Court sheriffs will work with indigenous peacekeepers to enforce the Court Order and Arrest Warrant against Jorge Bergoglio.
“As part of its case against Bergoglio, the Court will work with these same elders to publish the forensic proof of catholic-sponsored genocide found in twenty two mass graves of children across Canada that we have uncovered and examined,” said Annett.
Further announcements from the ICLCJ and its allied indigenous elders will be issued on Wednesday November 10.

An Order issued in Council on November 6, 2021 under the Great Law of Peace
We, the traditional siem, sachems, and elders of our Nations, hereby invoke the Great Spirit and the Land Law of our respective peoples and ban forever Jorge Bergoglio (alias ‘Pope Francis’) and his agents from our territories. We order him to stay away because of the unpunished massacre of our people and our land by his roman catholic church, and his personal guilt in the ongoing torture, trafficking and death of our children.
We do not want or need an ‘apology’ from the polluted lips of Bergoglio and his church that has our blood on its hands! Pope Francis needs to be tried on the charges of Crimes against Humanity and if convicted sentenced accordingly. Our Nations and our people require nothing less than such justice, and we reject the statements and actions of any so-called representatives of our nations who do not pursue the arrest and trial of this ‘pope’.If Jorge Bergoglio trespasses on our territories he will be arrested by the peacekeepers of our warrior societies and surrendered to the International Common Law Court of Justice in accordance with their lawful arrest order of November 1, 2021.
We endorse and ally ourselves with the court and with our brother Kevin Annett Eagle Strong Voice, who has for years courageously spearheaded the fight to bring Bergoglio and his genocidal church to justice.
This Order affirms our previous banning of the Catholic, Anglican, and United churches from our territories. That banning order authorizes us to seize the wealth and properties of these churches as reparations for their mass murder of over 60,000 of our children in their residential school death camps.(see http://murderbydecree.com/2021/06/30/june-30-july-1-genocidal-canadian-churches-evicted-and-banished-by-nine-indigenous-nations/#page-content )The cries of our murdered children will continue until the killers are stopped!
Signed and authorized at our first Council Fire Assembly by we the assembled siem, sachems, and elders of our Squamish, Gitxsan, Nuu-Chah-Nulth, Secwepemc, Tsilhqot’in, Metis, Cree, Anishinaabeg-Ojibwe, Mohawk-Kanien’keha:ka and Mi’kmaq Nations
